1. Your Rights

Right to Erasure: Request the deletion of your personal data ("The Right to be Forgotten").
Right to Rectification: Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

2. The Request Process

To initiate a formal request, please complete the secure protocol form below or contact our Data Controller directly. Once a request is submitted:

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 business hours.
We may contact you to request additional information to verify your identity.
We will provide a full response within one calendar month of identity verification.

3. Fees

In accordance with UK law, we do not charge a fee for processing standard Subject Access Requests. However, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee if a request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.

4. Data Protection Authority

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your data unfairly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.
