2. The Request Process
To initiate a formal request, please complete the secure protocol form below or contact our Data Controller directly. Once a request is submitted:
- We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 business hours.
- We may contact you to request additional information to verify your identity.
- We will provide a full response within one calendar month of identity verification.
3. Fees
In accordance with UK law, we do not charge a fee for processing standard Subject Access Requests. However, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee if a request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.
