Acceptable Use Policy
Standards of professional conduct, security boundaries, intellectual property protections, and acceptable usage rules governing all Mtengwa Strategic Advisory communications channels.
1. Scope of Digital Assets & Channels
This Policy applies to all individuals, corporate entities, automated agents, and systems accessing:
- The primary domain
mtengwa.co.ukand all associated web properties. - Official executive communications channels: Virtual Switchboard (
+44 1483 928037), WhatsApp Executive Desk (+44 7459 190198), Signal encrypted lines, and direct email desks (principal@mtengwa.co.uk). - Direct calendar booking interfaces (Calendly), client data rooms (VDRs), and proprietary assessment portals.
2. Strictly Prohibited Conduct
Under the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990 and applicable cybersecurity legislation, users are strictly forbidden from engaging in the following actions:
- Unauthorized Scanning & Probing: Performing automated vulnerability scans, port sweeps, denial-of-service (DDoS) simulations, or penetration testing against MSA digital infrastructure without prior bilateral written authorization.
- AI Web Scraping & Model Ingestion: Ingesting, scraping, crawling, or extracting MSA whitepapers, architectural blueprints, or executive intelligence briefs into generative AI models, commercial datasets, or LLM training pipelines without express written license.
- Malicious Impersonation: Falsely claiming affiliation, agency, partnership, or advisory representation on behalf of Mtengwa Strategic Advisory or Principal Burhani Mtengwa.
- Transmission of Privileged Third-Party Data: Uploading, emailing, or messaging unredacted third-party classified, restricted, or trade-secret materials without prior execution of a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Abusive or Harassing Communications: Misuse of direct switchboard or WhatsApp channels for spam, commercial solicitation, unsolicited software sales, harassment, or abusive conduct.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright
All text, diagrams, proprietary risk frameworks, code architectures, typography, and visual assets on this site are protected by copyright under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and international intellectual property treaties.
Reproduction, syndication, or redistribution of MSA executive briefings or case analyses for commercial purposes without attribution and prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Violations & Incident Escalation
In the event of an identified breach of this Policy, Mtengwa Strategic Advisory reserves the right to:
- Immediately terminate and block offending IP ranges, telephone numbers, and email domains at our border firewalls.
- Report cyber-attacks or unauthorized intrusion attempts to the UK National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and National Fraud & Cyber Crime Reporting Centre (Action Fraud).
- Initiate civil injunctive proceedings and seek damages in the High Court of Justice in London.
